Amey Secure Infrastructure secures a place on key Government Framework

Amey Secure Infrastructure -- a provider of critical services for the public sector and UK defence -- has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Facilities Management & Workplace Services framework.

The business was successful on six lots. Under the framework, Amey will have the opportunity to tender for contracts across a range of Government departments and public sector organisations who are seeking support with services such as workplace facilities management, maintenance, security, and cleaning.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Amey Secure Infrastructure Managing Director, Craig McGilvray, commented; “Our people have an unrivalled understanding of the public sector, and they use this knowledge to deliver a service that can be trusted. We team this with an ability to strategically advise our customers on the prevalent issues of today – such as Net Zero and digital transformation. We are looking forward to working with a new range of customers to help transform their public estates.”

Amey provides strategic facilities management and project services for a range of clients such as the NHS, Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Justice. This award forms part of its ongoing ambition to maintain its position as the biggest supplier to Government.
