Amey promotes Andy Milner to the position of Managing Director, Consulting (formerly Owen Williams)

Amey has promoted Andy Milner to the position of Managing Director, Consulting (formerly Owen Williams), reporting directly to Chris Webster, COO.

Birmingham based Milner joined Amey in February 2006 in the acquisition of Owen Williams and is currently the Consulting Highways Business Director.  Milner will head up the senior team in the division and assume responsibility for the highways, rail, property, environment and sustainability, management consultancy and technology services. 
 
The Consulting division of Amey is currently involved in a variety of works within the consultancy sector including delivery of projects for the Highways Agency, Transport Scotland, Transport for London, Bedfordshire County Council, Road Service Northern Ireland and Network Rail.

Andy was with Owen Williams for 9 years prior to the acquisition by Amey, and has been in the industry for over 20 years.
