Surrey County Council Framework
Owen Williams consultants has been appointed to Surrey County Councils Design Consultancy panel for the provision of multi-disciplinary building design services on County Council and Surrey Police projects as part of a three year framework agreement.
The appointment followed a UJEC tender process where in excess of 50 expressions of interest were originally received.
Following a short-listing the bid, submitted by Owen Williams, was evaluated against quality and cost criteria. Final selection included scored site and office visits together with a formal interview.
Two projects have already been secured by the company as part of the agreement, which will run from January 2005 to 2007. Works include a new extension to St James CE Primary School in Weybridge and a £1million extension to a performing arts block at Esher CE High School.
