Owen Williams Joins Newport Highways Framework

Newport City Council has appointed Owen Williams Consultants on a three-year framework contract to provide traffic and transportation consultancy services.

With immediate effect, Owen Williams will be supporting the authority’s own in-house engineers and technicians in developing and implementing its local transport plan.
