Primo Secures Largest Contract To Date

Primo FM has been appointed as the new contractor to provide Rother Homes with full-service facilities management for its stock of over 3,000 homes in East Sussex.

The contract, Primo’s largest to date, will see the company providing services for responsive maintenance, building fabrics, emergency call-out and void properties.

Primo’s relationship with Rother Homes, one of England’s first local housing companies, has successfully developed since August 2000. Over the last three and a half years Primo has won several awards for electrical maintenance and gas servicing and maintenance projects for properties in Rother’s portfolio.

A main focus of the new contract will be one of co-operation and partnership to enhance customer satisfaction. Joint training for both parties will concentrate on improving customer relationships, whilst a shared IT system for appointment booking will be developed between the two companies, which will offer flexibility to the tenant.
