Amey Business Services wins Highways Agency contract extension

Amey Business Services has been awarded a two-year contract extension until April 2006 for the delivery of IT services to the Highways Agency.

The contract started in May 2001 and was originally for three years. The service includes:

• Desktop support for the Highways Agency’s 2,500 PCs at 11 Agency offices around the country
• Server support
• Network support
• IT call centre of 11 analysts
• Change management
• Advise on IT strategy and development
