Highways Division Announces NCAST Contract Win

Owen Williams Highways division announced today that it has successfully retained the Highways Agency NCAST (Network Communication Applications Support Team) contract based in Bristol that it has held since 1999. The contract was tendered in June, and Owen Williams fought off some very strong competition to win the three year contract, with a two year extension on a combined quality and price basis. The contract is valued at £1.2 million
