We deliver essential services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland - looking after 141 schools and colleges, 18,000 military homes and 60 prisons. We support the UK justice sector by providing secure FM within prisons, court and transport services, and prisoner escorting. We are one the UK’s core defence contractors and ensure our UK Armed Forces have suitable workplaces, vehicles, equipment, and housing.

We also maintain NHS estates for Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust, and a wide variety of workplaces for public sector organisations including National Highways, The UK Hydrographic Office, and local authorities.

Our teams use data and benchmarks from across our entire customer estate to make sure our service portfolios are innovative, compliant, and tailored to the preferences of individual users, which we call personalised FM.
